Set above one of Cornwall's most spectacular bays, Surf and Sand enjoys an outstanding position overlooking the beach at Carbis Bay. This beautifully presented second-floor apartment sleeps four guests and is perfect for families or couples seeking a relaxing coastal escape.Boasting panoramic sea views across St Ives Bay towards Gwithian Lighthouse, the apartment enjoys a stunning outlook from the open-plan living area, kitchen, master bedroom, and balcony.

The bright and spacious living area has been thoughtfully furnished to a high standard, featuring luxurious cream Italian leather sofas where you can sit back, relax, and watch the ever-changing seascape.

If you're lucky, you may even spot dolphins or seals playing in the bay. For entertainment, guests can enjoy the extensive package provided, including Sky TV, Netflix & Disney. The dining area sits within the open-plan living space and is perfectly positioned beside the kitchen, making it easy to socialise while meals are prepared.

A large oak dining table provides the ideal setting for enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner with spectacular sea views.The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay.

When it's time to unwind, retreat to the master bedroom with its breathtaking sea views and en-suite facilities, or relax in the beautifully presented twin bedroom.

Step out onto the balcony with a morning coffee and enjoy the soothing sound of the waves below. Guests also benefit from direct access to the South West Coast Path, where miles of stunning coastal walks await.

St Ives is just a scenic 1.2-mile walk away, or you can hop aboard the nearby branch-line train and reach the bustling harbour town in just five minutes.

Carbis Bay Station also connects to Cornwall's wider rail network, making exploring the county simple and convenient.In St Ives, discover the renowned Tate St Ives, browse independent shops and galleries, or enjoy a range of water sports, including surfing and paddleboarding at nearby Porthmeor Beach.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and ice cream maker, and a living/dining room with Smart TV, electric fire, and dining seating for six guests. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a front balcony with furniture, a communal garden with furniture as well as designated parking place for one car. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop, within 0.9 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. Had a lovely stay at Surf and Sand. The apartment was excellent with everything you could need. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach was a highlight. Great access into St Ives by the train that stops just behind the apartment or you can walk the coastal path. Our second stay here and is our goto place to stay in the future.
