Cozy apartment equipped with all comforts and able to accommodate up to 4 people.
The flat is located in a very central position: we are in fact a 10-minute walk from Piazza Maria Immacolata, just over 15 minutes from the Archaeological Museum and 20 from the Aragonese Castle, an ideal starting point for visiting the historic center.
The Military Maritime Arsenal and the SS Annunziata Hospital can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
The promenade and its gardens are just 700 meters away. The 73 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building without elevator: it is necessary to climb the stairs to access it. The internal space is composed as follows: - Eat-in kitchen with dining table, split AC and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, traditional oven and electric kettle - Living room with double sofa bed, split AC and 55 "smart TV with Netflix - Bedroom with double bed, clothes stand, chest of drawers and split AC - Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box - Balcony with access from the bedroom. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, heating via heat pumps, desk, washing machine, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). The apartment is at guests' disposal!
