Information about the host
Our holiday flats are located in the green district of Oberreitnau, approx. 7 km from the island of Lindau. In the immediate vicinity you will find hiking and cycling trails, riding facilities, golf courses, tennis courts, the village's own outdoor pool and a fishing pond. The town bus, which stops nearby, offers connections to more distant destinations, e.g. directly to the island on Lake Constance. In Lindau, the "Italy of Germany", you will find a historic island town with a Mediterranean flavour. There are also numerous different restaurants, snack bars, shopping facilities and cultural attractions to suit every taste. The lake and the mountains offer a panorama of superlatives. Here you can enjoy this in one of the harbour cafés or on the deck of a boat. Several boat trips are offered every day, travelling to various shores bordering Lake Constance. There is also a railway station on the island, from where you can explore the wider area and even travel to Austria and Switzerland.

Check-in and check-out regulation
Arrival between 15:00 and 20:00; departure: between 07:00 and 10:00 or by arrangement. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to discuss the arrival time.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information
The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local visitor's tax must be paid on site. Detailed information on the visitor's tax and the guest card can be found here.

Description of the accommodation
Unsere frisch renovierte Ferienwohnung Rosa mit Vollholzparkett und Natursteinböden bietet im Erdgeschoss auf 105 qm für bis zu 5 Erwachsene ein hochwertiges Wohnambiente. Vom großzügigen Wohn/Essbereich mit SAT-TV gelangen Sie direkt auf Ihre private, von Wiesen und Obstbäumen umgebene Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. In unserer neuen, voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Herd mit Cerankochfeld, Wasserkocher, Toaster,... können Sie sich Ihre Köstlichkeiten selbst zubereiten. Das neue Badezimmer lädt Sie ein, sich mit einer großen bodengleicher Dusche und einer Badewanne zu erholen. Das große Schlafzimmer ist mit einem komfortablen Doppelbett ( 180x200cm ) und einem Einzelbett ( 90x200 cm ) ausgestattet. Sie gelangen von hier ebenfalls direkt auf die Terrasse. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer stehen zwei Einzelbetten ( 90x200 cm ). Das WLAN steht in der gesamten Wohnung kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher stehen in Hotelqualität zur Verfügung und werden professionell gereinigt. Aus Rücksicht auf andere Gäste sowie Bewohner des Hauses ist das Rauchen im ganzen Gebäude nicht gestattet. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Fahrräder können Sie in der seperaten Fahrradgarage sicher abstellen. Eine Waschmaschine steht Ihnen zur freien Benutzung im Waschkeller zur Verfügung. Ebenfalls ist ein Trockenraum vorhanden. Jeder Wohnung steht ein seperater PKW- Stellplatz zur Verfügung.
