This single-storey pavilion is remarkably well located set back from the dunes of Gouville and the large sandy beach.
You can walk to the seaside via a small peaceful street and discover the small beach huts that delight walkers.
Surrounded by a large, well-secured lot, the house is perfect for families with children.
The old boathouse will occasionally be a games room with a ping-pong table and will allow water sports enthusiasts to store equipment there.
The owners Didier and Geneviève have brought this pleasant, very functional house up to date and converted the old adjoining garage into an additional relaxation room (3 steps down).

La maison est parfaite, très fonctionnelle et avec tout le confort.Elle était très propre à notre arrivée.Les propriétaires sont charmants et très arrangeants.le jardin est grand et bien clôturé pour les chiens.La plage est à 15mn à pieds par la dune.Je recommande vivement car nous avons passé une belle semaine ensoleillée.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans ce gîte ! Il est idéalement situé, au calme et très proche de la mer. La plage est très agréable pour la balade et la baignade. Gîte confortable, bien équipé et propre. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir !

Le gîte est en parfait état et dispose de tout le nécessaire. La maison est confortable, le jardin est magnifique et le calme y est assuré. Chiens bienvenus!!!!! Merci!! Détente garantie. Il est bien desservi pour les excursions dans la région et tout près de la plage. Que demander de plus?
