3 Mount Pleasant- Modern House Near Beach with Great Views and access to nearby Pool

The house is in a superb location just a minutes walk from Looe Town centre and 5 minutes walk from Looe beach. It has Wi-Fi , five smart TV's and superb harbour views. The house has just been fully renovated and re-decorated to a very high standard and has a new kitchen, new bathrooms and all new furniture.
Guests will also have access to free evening entertainment and free use of a local swimming pool, this is at a local holiday complex less than 2 miles away, see below for more info regarding nearby pool.
There is parking available at just £6 per day or free parking a short walk away.
The space
The house is in a superb location on Station Road in the heart of Looe. It is just a minutes walk from the centre of historic Looe and its large safe, sandy beach. It is also perfectly located if you intend to bring a kayak or paddle board as Looe river is ideal for this and there is a launch point just across the road from the house (there is also storage for them at the house and a locking point at the house).
Our guests will also have free use of a local indoor heated pool and access to free evening entertainment at a local holiday complex. See below for more details.
Looe is a quaint fishing town, where you can enjoy all the usual seaside attractions, including boat trips and fishing trips. You can also enjoy the locally caught fish, either in one of the many local restaurants or cooked at home after you buy it fresh from Pengellys on the quay side.
The house has four bedrooms and sleeps up to eight adults (plus a child in a fold away bed and a toddler in a cot). It is situated on Station Road in Looe overlooking the harbour . The town centre and beach are just a couple of minutes walk away. It does not have a garden , but has a front terrace with superb views and with a table and garden furniture. The terrace is SW facing so gets the sun all afternoon and evening, with great sunsets (see the pictures which were taken from the terrace).
There is also a small courtyard at the rear of the house with a table and two chairs and a storage box containing beach toys that you are welcome to use.
There is also a charcoal barbeque and bbq tools for you to use during your stay.
Just across the bridge from the property there is a superb childrens playground.
Parking is available at £40 per week (£20 per week in winter) or £6 per day in a car park just 100 yards away. Alternatively there is free parking on Hannafore Sea front if you are happy to walk along the sea front for 15 minutes.
There is free parking infront of the property for loading and unloading.
Please note that the front terrace at the front of the house has a low wall with a drop behind it , so children must be supervised at all times when on the terrace. Also, there are steps and a slope up to the house so it is not suitable people with limited mobility.
Downstairs there is a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. There is a large modern kitchen with a hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
On the first floor there is a large bedroom at the front with a king size bed and a smart tv and superb views. Also on the first floor is double bedroom with a smart tv and a roll top bath in one corner of the room. Finally there is a modern shower room on this floor.
On the second floor there is another large bedroom, with a king size bed, smart tv and superb views. On the same floor there is also a smaller bedroom with a smart tv and with two singles beds (each is 2'6" wide - but can be zipped together to make a king size bed on request). There is also a shared modern shower room with sink and wc
Guest will also have free evening entertainment and free use of a local swimming pool (though the pool is not available in August due to issues with overcrowding). This is at a local holiday complex just 2 miles away. More details below.

FREE POOL ACCESS
All our guests have free use of an indoor heated swimming pool just two miles from the house.
Please note that while the pool is open every day , all year around , our guests do not have access to it during the month of August due to overcrowding issues. There are several good swimming beaches nearby and a very good public pool in Liskeard that can be used in August (charges apply for the pool in Liskeard).
The pool is fully heated and air conditioned, with adjoining heated-changing rooms and showers. It’s perfect for families and children who want to splash around or those wanting to put in a few lengths and keep fit.
The pool is approximately 17m X 8m in size and has a safe, constant depth of 1.3m. There is a small toddler pool for little ones, who want a quieter area to enjoy the water. There is also a pleasant seating area next to the pool for the non-swimmers.
The pool is free for our guests. There are, however, some sessions (aquafit, kids’ swimming lessons etc.) which may involve extra cost.
The pool is lifeguarded at all times, however to ensure a safe environment for all under 8’s and non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult in the pool at all times.
FREE ENTERTAINMENT
In addition to use of the pool, our guests are also welcome to make use of the nightly entertainment at the same local holiday complex which is just two miles away. The entertainment is on every night for most of the year (hopefully from 21st June) and includes children’s entertainment, followed by grown up entertainment with top musicians, performers and comedians regularly appearing throughout the season. Children are allowed in the venue for the whole evening.
The entertainment takes place in a quality family show bar which is fully licensed and also offers tasty meals. The club also has free Wi-Fi.
Please note that the entertainment is available every night of the week during the main holiday season (April to October inclusive) and during school holidays in winter time.
