This lovely house consists of a private courtyard facing East, a kitchen open to a large living room, a dining area and a terrace facing West side canal.
Upstairs, in the right wing, two air-conditioned bedrooms and two shower rooms with toilet. In the left wing, two air-conditioned bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet. The second floor is closed to rent.
The house can also be rented with only 2 bedrooms, except in July/August. See reference PG817B
Mooring : 12.00 x 3.80 m + pontoon in the middle and against the quay

Parking space for one car.
Free Coches d'eau cards available.
Animals are not accepted.
House linen is included in the price.
