Comfortable apartment located in the heart of Assisi, 30 meters from the Sanctuary of the Stripping, and equipped with all the comforts to accommodate up to 6 people, recently renovated using techniques and materials of the time. The accommodation is located in the historic center of Assisi (ZTL), in a medieval building overlooking the historic and very important Piazza del Vescovado, 100 m from Piazza del Comune and halfway between the Basilica of San Francesco and the Basilica of Santa Chiara.


The 60 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a period building and has an independent entrance. There are 2 steps at the entrance and the presence of an internal staircase to reach the mezzanine double bedroom.


The keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in.


The internal space is composed as follows
- KITCHEN CORNER with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, toaster and combined electric and microwave oven

- LIVING AREA with dining table, double sofa bed, TV

- BEDROOM I loft with double bed, desk, chest of drawers, TV and two wardrobes

- BEDROOM II with double sofa bed, wardrobe and BATHROOM in the room equipped with wc, bidet and shower box

- Second BATHROOM with access from the living area, equipped with wc, bidet and shower box.


Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washer-dryer, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).


The apartment does not have air conditioning. However, having walls more than a meter thick, it is perfectly isolated and inside, even on the hottest days, the temperature does not exceed 24 degrees.


ATTENTION: The apartment is in the ZTL.


The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests.


According to Italian law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.

Assisi is an enchanting village known for being the city that gave life to San Francesco and Santa Chiara, and it perfectly identifies with that vast range of cities to visit from a historical, artistic and religious point of view.


These places are famous for their great tradition of hospitality and a gastronomy with excellent products.

Expect genuine, substantial cuisine with local products served in the traditional way.


A chopping board with Umbricelli, honey, bruschetta with the exceptional local oil (DOP Assisi) and truffles usually opens the meal.

Among the first courses are the stringozzi and the umbrichelli, types of very double hand-made pasta that goes well with pork or game sauces (hare, deer).

Among the second courses, the excellent local meat, pecorino di Assisi.

Assisi has a typical dessert, the Rocciata, a kind of strudel made with apples.

For wines, just remember that the Assisi area has 5 DOCs: Grechetto, white, rosé, novello, red.


- From the International Airport of Umbria San Francesco d'Assisi: it is possible to reach the apartment in about 1 hour and 15 minutes by bus AIRLINK line to Assisi station and then by bus line C to stop V. Della M.Dell'Olivo, a 9-minute walk from the accommodation (750 m).


- From Assisi Station: it is possible to reach the apartment in about 20 minutes by bus line C to the V.Della M.Dell'Olivo stop, a 9-minute walk from the accommodation (750 m).


- For those traveling by car: ATTENTION, the apartment is in the ZTL, however it is possible to access for loading and unloading luggage or accompanying passengers. It is possible to leave the car in the closed public parking lot Mojano at a 15-minute walk or in the nearby free parking lots (NOT guaranteed).
