The Pa Pepp holiday home has a beautiful lake and mountain view and is only 20 m from the idyllic pebble beach. The holiday home is situated on a gentle, sunny slope with a spacious garden with olive trees and fruit trees, such as lemons, apples and grapefruits - garden fenced. There are beaches and numerous bathing possibilities along the shore path.
The modern furnished living area with side kitchen has an additional living gallery with a beautiful view of Lake Como.
You also have a gigantic view from the living area and the double bedroom.
There is sleeping accommodation in one double and one twin bedroom. The light wood laminate and tiles in the kitchen/bathroom make everything very friendly and invite you to stay. The landlady is a hobby artist and brings in her creativity.
The double room on the lake side has access to the balcony. The twin room is on the side. The bathroom is bright and modern and equipped with a shower.
Under the house is a cellar and storage area of the landlord.
From the uphill side, 3-4 steps lead to the large light-flooded living and dining area with living gallery and side kitchen and wide balcony facing the lake.
The landlord family Fausto lives in the neighbourhood and is accommodating and easy to reach. The garden adjoins Fausto's house and is mostly used alone.
On the neighbouring property is the Maccale holiday flat, which can also be rented, ideal for a holiday with friends.
The garage is about 80 m away on foot, short-term parking is possible at or near the house.
The following services can be booked additionally:
