The centre of Colico and the bay are just a few minutes away by car.
The Beata holiday apartment – meaning ‘happy’ – has two bedrooms and feels like a house within a house thanks to its own external entrance and two panoramic terraces with a dining table and deckchairs on three sides of the house.
They overlook Piona Bay and parts of the lake, the mountains, the pool and the surrounding meadows.
A beautiful barbecue is available in the communal garden area.
Please use the tables and deck chairs from your apartment.
The pergola officially belongs to the lower apartment, but can also be used by arrangement.
The Tuscan-style residence, comprising four houses and a total of five flats, is connected by three round arches.
The rural neighbourhood features detached houses, small farms, pastures and meadows.
A residential road ends at this elegant private residence.

The pool is hardly ever used by the other apartments, so you can usually enjoy peace and quiet.
The lake is about a 15-20 minute walk away.

North and south of Piona Bay, numerous bathing spots with partly sandy beaches invite you to sunbathe and swim.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, alles da, inkl. Klimaanlage. Der Pool ist super, sauber und gepflegt, genauso wie der Garten. Der Balkon top, man kann immer in oder aus der Sonne gehen/sitzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt mit sechs Personen und werden wieder kommen.

Domizil war gepflegt, Ideal für Wanderer und Tagesausflügler, man hört leider leicht die Bundesstrasse. Anfrage auf eine zweites Bettlaken wurde leider verneint, da nicht mehr vorhanden. Geschirr war etwas kunterbunt zusammengewürfelt. Sonst ist die Unterkunft OK.

Gastbewertung an LA BREVA: Besonders toll war der Pool und die schöne, große Dachterrasse. Die ganze Anlage war sehr gepflegt.
