The name Tivano is known for the wind on Lake Como - your holiday address is also an oasis for a variety of water sports - sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, rowing with a kayak, canoe or simply with an air mattress. A staircase with a garden gate leads to the beach. The surrounding area: Next to it is the Vento-Breva holiday flat, on the uphill side is the lakeside road. In the neighbourhood is the private property of the friendly landlord family with a small family car repair shop and parking spaces.

A garden gate with a few steps next to the large shared lake terrace leads to the flat natural pebble beach and the lakeside path.
