The Bella Cecilia holiday home is idyllically situated on a picturesque hillside on the western shore of Lake Como, in the district of Torre above the charming village of Rezzonico with its impressive historic castle.
The house is the centre of a staggered row of three houses.
Directly next to the terrace, a staircase leads up to the wooded hillside.
Enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Como as far as Bellagio and the surrounding mountain landscape.
Experience the authentic Italian way of life in a relaxing and unspoilt ambience.
Two spacious outdoor areas invite you to linger: - A large terrace with a green area and plants on the south and lake side - A wide balcony with a wonderful lake view, accessible from the upper bedrooms The house is spread over three levels, which are connected by internal stairs.
It has three bedrooms with double beds and two modern bathrooms.
Access to the house is either via the single garage or via a few steps through the communal garden to the terrace and living area.
Your holiday home is surrounded by meadows and traditional country houses with a typical village character - a place to relax and enjoy.
Beautiful small and gently sloping beaches are approx. 1 - 1.5 km below.
Large window fronts with a fantastic view of the lake, and a successful interior with a personal touch.
The landlords use the house themselves for their holidays.
Mediterranean modern ambience with cotto stone tiles.
The garden stairs lead to the garden gate with access to your partially covered garden terrace with entrance to the large living and dining room.
Integrated into the side is the modern comfort kitchen with dining area.
On the upper floor are two double bedrooms with access to the panoramic balcony.

In the granny annexe there is a double bed (160cm) and bathroom with bathtub and dehumidifier with integrated air conditioning with access to the single garage and staircase to the living area.

Ideal also for 2 couples with/without children due to the interesting layout.
The holiday home is suitable all year round.
The Danish landlords are comfortable, quality-conscious and value careful handling.
You use your holiday home yourself.
There is an experienced contact person on site if needed. with single garage, the staircase leads into the living area.
Bicycle service stand and water connection for bikers.

"Effe opmerken dat wij Belgen zijn ipv Nederlands maar kan dit blijkbaar niet aanpassen" Locatie, uitzicht, rust, op 5 minuten rijden grote supermarkt die op Zondag open is, op 10 minuten rijden naar Mennagio waar je de overzetboot kan nemen naar oa Varenna en Bellagio.
Tv kijken via satelliet, tussen de honderden posten niets gevonden waard om naar te kijken ( is ook maar een kleine opmerking hoor ).
Oprit naar garage is super steil en niet voor elke auto en voor de durvers onder chauffeurs.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit allem was man benötigt und super Ausblick auf den Comer See. Der Garten ist umzäunt und der Check-in klappte problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Ein wunderschönes großes Ferienhaus, mir sehr ansprechender Einrichtung. Die Küche bietet absolut alles, was man braucht, hier ist an alles gedacht. Wir haben in diesem tollen Haus zwei prima Wochen verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.
Von Santa Maria Rezzonico kann man täglich Ausflüge vornehmen, Men...
