We were the people that reported the problem with the tap, toilet and leak on the kitchen sink They were repaired the day before we left I think that should have been noticed by the people preparing for the next people Also the gate clang very time someone enters the grounds this should be pointed out if taking a dog

Good accommodation and enjoyed our stay. Excellent location. Would suggest providing a much lower tog duvet for the summer as the winter one provided was unbearably hot. (As mentioned in previous reviews but not yet acted upon)

Excellent location in Southwold. Clean and comfortable accommodation with good facilities and comfortable beds. Parking nearby could be an issue in busier months. TV needs retuning couldn’t access main channels except BBC1.
