Fantastic house, well placed in Southwold with everything we needed to have a fantastic break. View of the sea, 1 min walk to the beach, 1 min to the town centre and local amenities. We had a fantastic break over easter, house had everything we needed and well placed so we could enjoy everything near by.

Absolutely beautiful house, as we walked in we all just said ‘wow!’ Smelt beautifully clean, so comfortable and spacious and fabulous location! The view from balcony in top bedroom was such a special treat! Would love to stay here again same time next year but price has literally doubled.

A lovely place to stay, fantastic location and nice and comfortable. The kitchen was decently equipped and as nice as the wine and biscuits were, a starter pint of milk, and tea and coffee we didn't have to hunt for, would have been welcome additions. Will definitely consider staying here again as we are regular visitors to Southwold.
