We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Nic, this charming flat with a surface of 20 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 13 m², an open kitchenette equipped, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace to enjoy a good lunch. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 13 m² living room with a double sofa bed, a library, board games and a dining area.
- A kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) separated from the living room by a curtain.
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside :
- A north-west facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant and quiet environment 2 minutes from the beach. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Sightseeing: Visit the Crozon peninsula and the Pointe du Raz, the typical village of Locronan (discover the village with its numerous galleries, its church, its small shops and its crêperies), the authentic town of Douarnenez (discover the canneries, the port, the town centre and the coastal paths), Quimper...
- Sporting activities: various nautical activities (sand yachting, towed buoy, kite surfing, paddles and kayaks rental, swimming...), hiking along the GR34 which runs along the Breton coast, cycling...
- Events : Festival du Menez Hom in Plomodiern; Festival du Bout du Monde in Crozon; Festival de Cornouailles in Quimper; Fêtes maritimes internationales in Brest; Fêtes maritimes in Douarnenez...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the flat's private parking space.

- Nearest train station: Quimper train station located about 44 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Brest airport located approximately 49 minutes away by car.
Other remarks:
- There's no television.
- Free access to Wifi.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost of 20 € per set, towels 5€ per person, carpets and tea towels 5€/stay (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
