We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Monticello, this splendid villa air-conditioned with sight sea, with private swimming pool, of a surface of 175 m ² and being able to accomodate to 10 travellers. It is composed of a beautiful living room of 66 m², a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m². Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 66 m² living room with sitting area and TV, a dining area opening onto the kitchen and terraces.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc.
- A master suite with a double bed (160*200), sea view, shower room and large dressing room.
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140*190) and en-suite shower room.
- Separate WC.
On the lower floor:
- Two double bedrooms (140*190) with access to the garden.
- A shower room
- Separate WC
A 13m2 outbuilding with independent access including the fifth bedroom with a double sofa bed and a shower room with WC.
Outside :
- A swimming pool of 8*4m (private, heated) equipped with an alarm system, open from April to the end of October.
- A beautiful garden with trees of 1 000 m².
- Two terraces with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and the magnificent view.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Monticello, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities:
Its ideal location will allow you to quickly reach the main centres of interest of North/West Corsica: Ile Rousse at 6 km, Calvi or St Florent in 40min, Calanques de Piana, Cap Corse...
You can take advantage of the proximity of the sea to practice various nautical activities or rent a boat.
Discover the maquis by going hiking.
Events: festival of Saint Florent, festivocce PIGNA, theatre festival Renucci...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private car park of the house (two cars) as well as on the private car park of the housing estate (three places).
As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- L'Île-Rousse - Gara di Lìsula train station, 10 minutes by car
- Calvi Sainte-Catherine airport 35 minutes by car
