The property is located on a secure estate where one can also make use of a large communal pool and tennis court
From here, you can explore the entire Côte d'Azur in a wonderful way. The villa is located in the middle of beautiful nature, at short distance from the cosy medieval villages Valbonne (7 km) and Biot. Also the beautiful well-known bathing resorts Antibes (8 km), Cannes (12 km) and Nice (20 km) are nearby. Along the entire coast, you will find wonderful sandy beaches and in the beautiful green hinterland, there are various golf courses. The sun-kissed French south coast by the Mediterranean Sea has everything to offer for an unforgettable holiday. The wonderful climate with long, warm summers and mild winters makes this region a very attractive holiday destination all year round.


Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
This accommodation is rented only to family groups.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
