This ocean view holiday cottage is ideal for a couples retreat in East Cork.
This holiday cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps 4 guests comfortably: Property layout – ground floor: - Open plan kitchen - Living and dining area - Bedroom 1: double ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2 - Main bathroom with separate shower, hand basin and WC WIFI is available for the guests of Wavecrest Holiday Cottage and towels are provided.
There is a large lawned garden to the front of this pretty cottage which takes advantage of the spectacular views of the ocean and Ballycotton Lighthouse in the distance.
During the summer, you and your guests can dine alfresco on the wooden decking in front of Wavecrest Holiday Cottage and enjoy the fresh sea air. Local Area and Tourist AttractionsGarryvoe is located on the outskirts of Ballycotton Bay.
The village is home to the famed Garryvoe Hotel and Leisure Club, as well as a shop and a beautiful sandy beach.
New steam rooms are available on the beach adjacent to the house.

Heating and Electricity: Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager.
The rate for heating & electricity at this property is €10 per day during the off-peak season and €6 per day during the peak season.
Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice.
Breakdowns of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager. 2.
Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner.
This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival.
In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3.
Adults only: This holiday home is not suitable for children due to its interior design, open garden without a gate, and easy access to the road leading to Garryvoe Beach.
We are unable to accept reservations from groups that include children.

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und hat alles was man braucht.
Der Meerblick vom Bett aus und dem Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch.
In ein paar Minuten ist man am Strand.
Bei Problemen kümmert sich der Service sofort.

This is our third visit to the property in three years.
We cannot fault the location, facilities and helpful ness of both Anna and Maria. There are lots of things to do in the surrounding area or you just want to relax enjoy the beach and all that is on offer there it is a perfect retreat. Thank you and we aim to back next year.

Fantastic location. Close to Garryvoe Hotel. Be sure to empty the water tank in the dryer often and clean the lint tray. Be sure to get clear instructions on how to use the showers in the bathrooms. We loved the kitchen. There is no better view out a window than in this property. We would return here definitely.
