We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Bandol, this charming house air-conditioned with less than one kilometre of the beach, with jacuzzi, of a surface of 83 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 90 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine and dining area.
- Bedroom 1: one king-size bed (180*200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80*190) that can be joined together
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160*190), a bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A shower room with Italian shower and jet column.
- A separate toilet
Outside :
- A 7-seater jacuzzi available all year round
- A beautiful 90 m² garden
- A 23m² terrace facing south with an arbour and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
- A solar shower
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Bandol, close to the port, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also from boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities:
- Beaches, sea walks, water activities (boat trips, scuba diving ...)
- Visits to Les Embiez, Porquerolles, the creeks of Cassis and Marseille
- Golf, tennis, bowling, cycling, hiking, casinos
- Visit of wine cellars
- Back country with its Provencal villages, the Haut Var or the Gorges du Verdon.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the garage on the right 20m above the villa.
