The Cocoonr agency offers this charming air-conditioned house for rent in Bandol, 300 metres from the beach, with a jacuzzi, a surface area of 83 m² and capacity for up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 90 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Krups Vertuo Nespresso pod coffee machine and dining area.
- Bedroom 1: one king-size bed (180 x 200 cm)
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds made up as one 160x190 bed
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x190), a bathroom with walk-in shower
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and jet column.
- A separate WC
Outside:
- A 6-seater jacuzzi available all year round
- A beautiful 90 m² garden
- A 23 m² south-facing terrace with arbour and furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A solar shower
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha grill, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Bandol, close to the port, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- Beaches, boat trips, water sports (boat trips, scuba diving, etc.)
- Visits to Bendor, Embiez, Porquerolles, the calanques of Cassis and Marseille
- Golf, tennis, boules, cycling, hiking, casinos
- Visits to wine cellars
- The hinterland with its Provençal villages, the Haut Var and the Gorges du Verdon.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the garage on the right, 20 metres above the villa.
Garage: height 1.75 metres at mid-depth

- Marseille airport is 1 hour away by car - Taxi rank above the Bendor pier

L’Oursinade Une semaine de repos total dans un environnement paisible. Après des journées bien remplies, le jardin, le jacuzzi sont les bienvenus. La terrasse permet de profiter des repas en extérieur. Bref que du bonheur
