We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Carnac, this charming studio entirely redone in 2022, located at less than 200m of the beach, of a surface of 28 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers.
Located on the ground floor in the heart of a wooded park without opposite, it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², a kitchen, a bedroom cabin, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 40 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with TV, a sofa bed (140*190), a dining area - A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - A bedroom with two bunk beds (90*190) and wardrobe. - A shower room with shower and WC. Outside : - A terrace of 14m2 exposed south west with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. The flat is ideally located in Carnac, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, notably a Super U at 50m, but also shops, restaurants, bars, market... Activities: - The tourist centre of Carnac is a 10 minute walk away. - Visit of the Carnac alignments - Cycling, Hiking - Water sports - Fishing, fishing on foot - Ideal location to visit Plouharnel (6km), the Etel bar, La Trinité-sur-Mer (5km), Auray and the port of St Goustan (20km), the bay of Quiberon (20km), Vannes (35km), Lorient and its Interceltic Festival (50km), and the Gulf of Morbihan... - Small tourist train Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park easily nearby. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Plouharnel-Carnac train station is 15 minutes away by car. - Nantes airport is 1h40 away by car. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.

Appartement situé dans une résidence au calme, idéal pour un couple, électro ménager et accessoires au top, la proximité d'un super marché et de la plage sont de véritables atouts. Le canapé-lit est confortable et peut resté permanent vu l'espace disponible.Petit bémol, absence de penderie.
Logement parfait à 200m de la plage , le commerce est à côté , la résidence est très jolie.

L emplacement est absolument parfait , La terrasse plein sud magnifique , l appartement était propre il est bien décoré et fonctionnel.

L’emplacement ,le calme
L’appartement mériterait un peu coup de rafraîchissement. Odeurs d’humidité ,
Contente que le lit clic clac ait été changé et neuf ,et mécontente de trouver l’ancien stocké sur la terrasse .
