Cocoonr is offering this charming holiday home for rent in Vannes, situated less than one kilometre from Conleau beach.
It has a floor area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy an enclosed garden and a terrace of around 60 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 30 m² living room with a TV - A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine… - Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: a washing machine, a plancha, an ironing board and an iron. Outdoors: - A lovely 60 m² garden, with a wooden terrace and furniture to enjoy the sunny days: table, parasol, sun loungers… The owners provide two hybrid bikes for your use, so you can explore the nearby coastal paths and the Conleau Peninsula, which boasts a small, family-friendly and very pleasant beach. Transport: - If you choose to come by car, there is free on-street parking in the surrounding area. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Vannes station, 1.6 km away. - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1 hour 15 minutes away; Lorient Lann Bihoué, 50 minutes away. On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘move-in-ready’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - The building has a plumbing issue; odours may occur depending on the number of tourists in the area and the weather. - Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (bed linen, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. Optional self-check-in: Access to the accommodation is available from 4.00 pm. Keys can be collected from a key box on site.

Very clean and odour free, including perfumed products. This is important to me as I have a lung condition which perfumes exacerbate. More storage in the kitchen would have been welcomed. Able to walk into Vannes and also to the water.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, logement très propre et très agréable, juste l'odeur de la canalisation dans la salle de bain qui devait être rétablie et non mauvaise odeur quand nous sommes rentrés dans la salle de bain . Dommage on pense qu'il faudrait mettre quelque chose sur le trou de la douche. Sinon c'était parfait, merci.

Fidèle à ce logement depuis de nombreuses années nous ne pouvons que confirmer nos précédents commentaires . Un petit paradis …. à garder le plus longtemps secret. Agence très réactive en cas de besoin .
