The Cocoonr agency offers you this charming, renovated, 180 m², neo-Bretonne-style house to rent in Bénodet, a famous seaside resort in Finistère. It is less than a kilometre from the beach and can accommodate up to 8 people.
It has a lovely 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m² as well as a terrace where you can enjoy the sea air of Brittany with friends or family.
Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A bright 50 m² living room with TV, sofas, armchairs and dining area. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath - separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: two single beds - Shower room with walk-in shower, double washbasin and WC - Shower room with shower and WC Outside: - A beautiful enclosed garden of around 1,000 m². - A 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : Thalasso or golf ? Swimming or cycling? Restaurant or barbecue? Discovery or relaxation? The possibilities are endless.
At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its wide beach await you. Whether you prefer an active holiday or the relaxed lifestyle of a seaside resort on the Breton Riviera, which has been awarded the coveted "tourist resort" classification, it's up to you. Just 17 km from Quimper, Town of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls.
The neighbouring towns, all within a 25km radius, have a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of Brittany's textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th-century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; and Le Guilvinec, France's leading small-scale fishing port. Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its turquoise lagoon. At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, battered by westerly winds and the great swells of the open sea. Several festivals take place in the surrounding area (Fouesnant, Quimper, Douarnenez) and during the summer, concerts, brass bands, fest noz and open-air street arts are organised in Bénodet. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) or on the ramp (1 vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Quimper station, about 25 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Quimper airport, about 20 minutes' drive away. Absolutely loved our stay in this amazing house. It had everything we needed. Other than a slight delay checking in the host was very friendly and very responsive. I would definitely stay again.

Belle maison, spacieuse, les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Ce logement est proche de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants ont peut tout faire à pieds.
Le camping avec piscine juste à coté peut, selon la période choisie, troubler le calme à l’extérieur.
