Spacious apartment on the first floor and composed of a living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with double sofa bed, a first double bedroom with access to the balcony, a second double bedroom with en suite bathroom, second bathroom with shower.

Location information: - in the center of Marina di Campo; quiet area; 100 meters from the beach Important Notes: - minimum age to check-in is 21 years old - check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid - Animals are not allowed - deposit (mandatory): € 150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site Information for key collection: Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. La posizione centralissima
L'appartamento tenuto in maniera pietosa:
Sporco incrostato nella doccia (quella funzionante perché dall'altra non usciva acqua), parti di muro con intonaco mancante, porta asciugamani rotti, telecomando tv rotto, macchie di muffa su uno dei cuscini
Casa piacevole, accogliente, tranquilla
