Amazing location, the apartment could do with a lick of paint and a deep clean especially the curtains. Bathroom need attention, the sealant leaks around the bath and the shower head bracket needs changing as it just flops around. Heater in lounge not working but replaced with a small heater that’s Pat test is out of date

Very clean and adequately comfortable. The apartment has everything you need, the milk and tea/coffee and biscuits on arrival were a welcoming touch. But the view is just stunning ! Amazing location, and one of the best views in Newquay ! Would definitely stay there again.

Such a lovely apartment with an amazing view. The apartment is very easily accessible, great with a pushchair. We've been staying in Newquay for our summer holiday a few years now and it was great to have a parking space as well. 15min walk into town or there is a longer coastal route which is lovely.
