Cocoonr is offering this charming, bright, air-conditioned new flat for rent in the town of Rennes, right next to the city centre.
It features Wi-Fi (fibre optic), has a floor area of 36 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests.
Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 17 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with a walk-in shower and rain shower). The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 17 m² living room with a TV - A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and a Nespresso pod coffee machine... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (160×200) - A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet Outdoors: - A balcony and a terrace to enjoy the sunny days On the ground floor of the block, you’ll find a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a bicycle storage area. Important: Access to the flat is via stairs.
Please bear this in mind if you have heavy luggage, or if you have reduced mobility or are elderly. The flat is ideally situated in Rennes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market: Carrefour City opposite the building, Intermarché 150 metres away, Le Hibou bar and the BRETONE restaurant. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park opposite the building (paid parking). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Rennes station (2 km) - Nearest airport: Saint-Jacques-De-La-Lande (7.5 km) Other details: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (bed linen, bath towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. We had a great week. . . . However, the information initially provided about parking locally was inadequate. The host, when messaged, was helpful about this issue.There was no information about rubbish disposal - we were lucky to see bins (for other properties!) on the street for a short period of time, and use them. The apartment was comfortable and convenient for the city.

Batz Proper en netjes appartement met terras. Niet erg veel last van de grote baan ernaast. Duidelijke communicatie met host. Op wandelafstand van Rennes centrum. Badkamer heeft niet veel ophang en opbergruimte (te grote lavabo's), maar de douche is zeer goed! Oven = combi microgolf, keuken is beperkt maar goed voor weekendje weg als je niet uitgebreid moet koken. Tevreden!
