This stunning barn conversion enjoys glorious views of the Yorkshire and Lancashire rolling hills, nestled between Earby and Lothersdale.
Finished to an exceptional standard, The Barn at Copy House Hideaway ticks all the boxes for a first-class retreat for two, benefitting from an open-plan layout with adjoining decking housing a hot tub, sun room and firepit.
After parking up in the spacious driveway, take a moment to appreciate the picturesque surroundings before getting into the interior.
Set over the ground floor, this barn conversion features an immaculate open-plan living space with chic furnishings and underfloor heating throughout.
The designated chef can dust off those cooking books and impress in the kitchen, fitted with contemporary, integrated appliances, wine cooler, Nespresso coffee machine, and ample worktop space.
Further convenience can be found in the utility cupboard, housing a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities, so you can easily pop your clothes on a spin.
Attention to detail continues into the bedroom, offering a double bed with wall-mounted TV, vanity desk, hair dryer and ample storage space for your personal items.
The en-suite shower room boasts a double basin unit with marble top and a spacious walk-in shower with double head, along with contemporary fixtures and fittings throughout.
The luxury bathrobes, heated towel rail and underfloor heating help to ensure a cosy stay.
A real plus of this property can be found outside and up a set of stairs, where a beautiful top decking affords exceptional views of countryside and the collection of fabulous fixtures can only add to your stay.
Take a dip in the wood fired hot tub, relax by the firepit with a refreshing drink, or rejuvenate in the heated sunroom.
The Kirami wood fired hot tub is the first of its kind in the UK. Built in Finland, the tub is heated up prior to arrival and then remains at the perfect temperature so it can be used at any time during your stay.
Fancy an early morning dip, the secret door in the decking opens to let the rising sun brighten up your day. There’s also a copper cold shower if you’re brave enough to take the “Wim Hof” challenge!? The Barn at Copy House Hideaway offers a first-class holiday home, all year round.
Note: This property can be booked with Refs: 1112303 and 112304, together they sleep six guests.

The Barn was an amazing find and what a lovely hideaway place for a few days. The Barn was well appointed and had all that we needed, the hot tub was fantastic, even in November, the views were incredible. The walks were breathtaking and we had a lovely time celebrating our birthdays. Thank you and we hope to come back in the Spring.

What a fantastic place to stay . We had a four day break mid April and enjoyed every minute . Phil and Lisa went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and the information pack was very informative with even downloaded menus from all the local pubs. We will definitely be back soon.

We had a brilliant stay in the barn. It was really well looked after and we felt really comfortable during our stay. It was everything we needed for a relaxing few days away. The dog also had a great time as when we arrived she was met with a bag of treats
