Accessed via a private driveway and offering ample off-road parking, Saddlers benefits from a ramp entrance and level access throughout the property, making it suitable for assisted wheelchair users along with wide doorways, a wide hallway and low threshold patio doors throughout, all accessed by a ramp.
Travel across the large lawned garden before entering the property, admiring the lovely seating area and wrap-around wooden decking, home to a private hot tub for perfect evenings relaxing under the stars.
The open-plan living room boasts sliding patio doors that span the length of the property, illuminating the space with natural light, fresh air on a sunny day, and showcasing the best of the countryside view.
An inviting seating area offers two plush sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, where you can enjoy a good book, a family games night or a movie night on the Smart TV, all whilst feeling the warmth from the designer woodburning stove with a self-soft-closing door, perfectly placed before a stunning exposed brick wall.

The Saddlers is a contemporary, detached property, fully accessible for wheelchairs, resting in Hilderstone near Fulford in Staffordshire. This all-ground-floor property has two bedrooms; a double and twin, sleeping four guests, as well as a wetroom bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area with woodburning stove. WIFI currently being upgraded and may not be available for all dates please enquire if essential. Outside, there is a enclosed lawn with seating area and a decking area with private hot tub, along with off-road parking for several cars. The Saddlers is a wonderful rural retreat in Staffordshire. Note: WiFi could be intermittent. Please note; This property only accepts week long bookings during August. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Smoking or vaping is not permitted indoors, only in the designated garden area.
Please note: There is a good housekeeping bond of £200 at this property.
