Arriving at off-road parking, make your way to the front of Cedar Cottage, stepping into the traditionally styled sitting room; warm up in front of the electric fire with daytime TV airing in the background, helping you settle into your home-from-home.
Venturing through to the well-equipped kitchen, cater to your party's culinary and everyday needs with an array of convenient appliances, including a washing machine and gas hob. The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washing machine, a sitting room with a TV with Freeview and an electric fire, and a conservatory with a dining space. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite cloakroom, a twin, and a bunk room, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a front garden with lawn, a gravelled area and furniture, and off-road parking. You'll find a shop within 0.1 miles, and a pub in 0.2 miles, and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcomed, and this is a non-smoking property. A travel cot is available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 17 Cedar Street is the perfect abode for a family break to Derbyshire. Note: There are steps to the exterior of the property. Note: Guests have access to a secure garage for 1 vehicle
