Perched within the centre of Fulbrook, a small village within the county of Oxfordshire, is this stone-fronted, three-bedroom property, White Stnes.
Surrounded by an array of local amenities, heritage sites and the River Windrush, and with close links to nearby villages and cities, the property is fitting for a group break, accommodating six guests and one well-behaved dog. When arriving at White Stones, make use of the off-road parking facilities whilst heading up the front steps and into the generously-sized property.
On entry, step into the homely sitting room, where you can unwind in front of the woodburning stove, gather around for a staple film, or excitedly plan your visit to West Oxfordshire.
Beyond here, find the well-equipped kitchen/diner, delivering all the expected amenities to cater for your party, enjoy each other’s company and appreciate a home cooked meal or two; a cloakroom will also complete the ground-floor.
Designed as the social hub of the property, head outside to the rear multi-level garden, and be delighted by a large patio area with dining furniture in tow, climbing the steps further to find a private lawned area with loungers to sink into.
As the night unfolds, head upstairs to the three inviting and stylish bedrooms, all designed with relaxation in mind, followed by a contemporary bathroom; your sleeping options will include a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a further king-size, and a twin.
With plenty to experience within the Fulbrook area, head out for the day to Cotswold Wildlife Park & Gardens and take part in the penguin feeding slots, visit Crocodiles of the World, the only crocodile zoo in the UK, or opt for a stroll around Lodge Park and Sherborne Park Estate and its beautiful grounds.
Suitable for all types of visits, discover the Grade II listed model village in the Cotswolds, find your way through The Dragonfly Maze, or embark on a guided walk around the Cotswolds national landscape.

Added bonus - It's only a few miles away from Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm Shop and also Jeremy Pub The Farmer's Dog. White Stones consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, airer and dishwasher, a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite shower, a further king-size, and a twin, along with a main bathroom. Outside, there is a front gravelled garden, an enclosed rear multi-level garden with lawn, patio, decking and furniture, and off-road parking. Within 0.8 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles you will find a pub. Please note that one well-behaved dog is welcome, however this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Orchard House (Fulbrook) is the ideal base for a group staycation in Oxfordshire. Note: There are steps up to both the front and rear gardens, but both have sturdy handrails. Note: Owner will take 3 night stays as a minimum. Please note that from 7 October until Christmas 2026, the top garden lawn will be unavailable while it is being re-seeded. The lower patio area will remain available throughout this period.

Please note an initial supply of logs & kindling is provided for the property between October until end of March; additional log supplies can be purchased locally.
There is off street parking for 2 cars (or possibly 3 with a bit of care).
Please note that the graveled parking area is shared with the adjacent property - please park to the right.
Please note Owner will take 3 night stays as a minimum.

Excellent accommodation and a great location. Very peaceful and relaxing. A short walk to town with lots of lovely shops and places to eat. Very spacious, well equipment and spotlessly clean. Lovely outside space too. Perfect place for a weekend with friends. Highly recommend. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay, thank you so much for opening your home to us. House was super easy to find and in a lovely neighborhood. We really appreciated the milk and little pack of cleaning essentials that were left. The weather was gorgeous, and we were able to spend quite a bit of time in the garden. I would definitely book again!

Very well maintained property. Woodburner worked well. Sometimes a bit draughty with open plan arrangementGood walks on your doorstep. Carpenters Arms is a lovely pub. 20 mins to walk to Burford.
