In the summer months the restaurant operates as a bar with background music on Thursday/ Friday/Saturday 5 - 10.30pm. Washer/dryer is located in the outhouse. There are external steps to access the apartment, with a handrail on both sides. This may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm. The steps inside the property are steep and also may not be suitable - please consider before booking. The outside area is not for use with this apartment. Note: One parking permit for Woodmead Halls car park on Hill Road (no allocated space) within 5 minutes walk of the property, subject to availability. We have been contacted by the local council concerning essential works taking place within the car park from the 3rd Feb for approximately 3-4 weeks weather dependent. There will be a dedicated area for cars that have a parking permit to display, however please note that EV charging will not be available during this time but Charmouth Road Car Park and Holmbush Car Park chargers will be fully operational. In the summer months the restaurant below operates as a bar with background music on Thursday/ Friday/ Saturday 5 - 10.30pm.
