An attractive newly converted cottage in the enviable hilltop village of Mortehoe. All village amenities including shops, restaurants and pubs within a few minutes walk. The beautiful countryside and spectacular coastline of Exmoor and the Victorian harbour town of Ilfracombe are only a short scenic drive away whilst the sandy beaches of Woolacombe are a five minute drive down the hill. The cottage has two en-suite bedrooms, one with bath and electric shower over. The property is furnished to a very high standard.
