Split A / C, unlimited wifi, clothesline and clothes hanger. PLEASE NOTE Waste sorting and disposal are MANDATORY and are the responsibility of guests.
Any failure to comply may result in additional charges at check-out. WARNING: - If waste is not correctly sorted and disposed of at the designated times and locations, in accordance with the instructions provided at check-in, a penalty of €50.00 will be charged. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents and pay the Tourist Tax (equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 10 nights) via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law. Ausstattung. Zuwenig Geschirr: z.B. nur 1 Weinglas. Der Laminatboden sieht mitgenommen und abgewohnt aus. 1 Latte ist lose. Sehr nüchterne Atmosphäre. Die Perlatoren an den Wasserhähnen und der Duschkopf sind sehr verkalkt. Alles in allem bräuchte die Wohnung eine Auffrischung.

Appartamento che ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Pulito, seminuovo, posto in posizione centrale rispetto alle attrattive della zona. Provvisto di parcheggio gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze. Segnalo ai futuri ospiti che il mercoledi mattina lungo la via è divieto di sosta per pulizia strade.

Appartamento molto carino e confortevole nei pressi della spettacolare piazza centrale di Palmanova. Nonostante la vicinanza al centro è silenzioso. Parcheggi gratis sotto casa. Siamo stati 3 giorni ed è stato tutto perfetto.
