The property consists of ample ground floor living area with two living rooms, a sea-facing balcony, accessible facilities, a walk-in shower-room with WC, WHB and a ground floor bedroom. The large modern kitchen is brimming with all that you need to entertain and unwind after a busy day exploring the many sights and sounds of Herne Bay and surrounding areas.


Further more in the hallway you find the stairs behind the door leading you to the generous master suite on the first floor. With a super king size bed, an en-suite, plenty of area to lounge or play board games or get some work done at the desk! And to top it all a sea-facing balcony to enjoy a Birdseye view of the landscape below, with the sea stretching as far as your eyes can see!

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.


Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
