Kennet House is the best apartments in Reading. Less than 10 minutes’ walk to the station, 5 minutes’ walk to town centre, where amazing coffee shops and excellent restaurants are hidden in the corner. It had been my lovely home for 3 years. I love the neighbour and its location. The view from living room is second to none. We have 1Gb Fibre Internet and TV come with free Netflix access, the mattress for both rooms are extremely comfortable. Cosy and Homie.

This spacious and welcoming flat is in a great location for visits to Reading attractions, Reading Station is also a short walk away. It is a delightful place to stay, relaxing and very well looked after. Offering comfort and modern decor. Lots of cosy features to make you feel very at home during your stay, and the amenities that are friendly for kids, cosy living areas for families to bond.


The dining kitchen is well stocked, both with essentials and with good cooking equipment, and our professional cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.


Our guests will be provided with a Reading Travel Guide regarding the vicinity you are located in. Couples, individuals, business travellers and families with kids (any age) are all very welcome. Our great reviews speak for themselves! We'll see you soon.

Guests will have the entire property to themselves.

* Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host of Airbnb

* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.

* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.

* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.


IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.


The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.


Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
