Comfortable apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people, located in a building facing the sea on the Colombo seafront, 5 meters from the access to the beach. The accommodation is conveniently located, in an area equipped with all essential services, very close to the historic center. In less than 10 minutes on foot you can reach the Tourist Port and the Villa Comunale, and in a quarter of an hour the Cathedral of San Nicola and the Castle. The train station is only a 12-minute walk away.
The 24 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building with elevator (there are 7 steps to access it) and is composed as follows
- Equipped kitchenette with two induction hobs, mini fridge with freezer and coffee machine; snack top with stools and split AC
- Bedroom with double bed, single folding bed, open wardrobe with shelves and TV
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box
- Balcony.
Further facilities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating with heat pump and heated towel rail in the bathroom, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B.: the entrance to the apartment is located in an antechamber shared with two other flats. Here are placed the bins for separate collection, where we ask you to put the garbage.
The apartment is at guests' disposal!
All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.
Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00
- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00
- 24.00 - 01.30: €40.00.

Trani is an enchanting village overlooking the Adriatic Sea and dating back to the Norman era, when Frederick II of Swabia made it one of his main maritime fortresses. The town offers splendid natural scenery and monuments rich in art and history. Wonderful the tourist port dotted with typical fishing boats and dominated by the symbol of the town, the superb Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino, built with the characteristic local stone and towering over the seascape. Also not to be missed is a visit to the Swabian Castle, dating back to 1230 and, together with the Cathedral, the strong point of the city, visible from the sea.
The apartment is conveniently located to reach all points of interest and the sea on foot in less than twenty minutes. The essential services are a short distance away: within 600 meters it is possible to find a bar, supermarket and pharmacy.
- FROM THE KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to the BARI CENTRALE station, and from there take the regional train towards Barletta and get off at the Trani stop, a 12-minute walk from the accommodation .
- FROM TRANI STATION: the apartment is easily reachable in 12 minutes on foot.
- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Parking on the street and nearby must be paid on blue lines.
