The "Magnolia" accommodation is very pleasant: facing south, with a terrace protected by a wrought iron pergola.
The garden is very well maintained with lawn, flowers and barbecue.
The luxury sun loungers are perfect for relaxing after returning from sightseeing.
This new accommodation, with refined decoration (nature trend) has a kitchen with very complete equipment: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer section, 2 electric burners, traditional oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker , Nespresso coffee machine, crockery and numerous kitchen utensils.
The bedroom is equipped with a 160 bed, with an Épeda Starlight 25 cm **** mattress (pocket springs) as well as the sofa bed in the living room, which offers excellent quality sleeping.
This accommodation is equipped with a flat-screen TV.
You can enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool, 6 meters by 12, with deckchairs, very pleasant in the shade of a fig tree...
The residence is the ideal starting point for many activities: You will not have to cross an urban center (so no traffic) to get to the magnificent fine sandy beaches (around ten beaches within 10km), hikes, rivers, picturesque villages, the wine and artisan route....
The residence offers many services included in our rates: household linen (sheets, towels, 2 tea towels), end-of-stay cleaning, wifi, 110 m² reception area with computer, printer, TV.
You also benefit from access at a preferential rate to the Acquavital wellness center, on site, with cardio-weight training area, fitness (day pass 6 euros/day).
This access is managed by the Acquavital sports association.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement et sa belle terrasse, au sein d’une jolie résidence où l’on peut profiter d’une piscine.
C’était très propre, décoré avec goût et bien équipé.
Également très bien situé pour les visites.
Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Le logement est bien situé pour découvrir la région, le petit jardin agrèable et bien aménagé. Le logement clair et propre. L'usage de la piscine est un petit plus.
La télévision n'est pas très bien placée pour en profiter du canapé, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un bras amovible pour pouvoir la tourner. Ceci dit, ce n'est pas l'essentiel des vacances, loin de là !
