Spacious and bright trullo that can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with all kinds of comforts, including a large outdoor patio and a private parking with various parking spaces.
The accommodation is located in Selva di Fasano, a quiet and green hilly hamlet of the municipality of the same name, just 6 km from the center of Fasano and the renowned Zoosafari.
The wonderful beaches of Savelletri, with their crystal clear water, are less than 20 minutes away by car! The apartment of about 110 sqm is located on the ground floor (three steps at the entrance) and is divided as follows: - KITCHEN equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher and traditional oven - LIVING ROOM sofa, TV and split AC - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and split AC - BEDROOM II with two single beds - BATHROOM equipped with wc and shower box - PATIO equipped with outdoor shower, tables and chairs and deck chairs. Private outdoor parking with parking spaces is available. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). N.B.: the fireplace in the living room is NOT functional. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Fasano. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows: - 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00; - 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00. *** Check-in can also take place in self mode, using a keybox.

The heart of the hamlet is the characteristic trullo-shaped church, on via Toledo, near the Casina Municipale, seat of meetings, initiatives and cultural events.
Not to be missed is the renowned zoo of Fasano, one of the largest in Europe. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, which boasts a wonderful view of the trulli, the forest and the Pirro canal.

Lovely and relaxing stay. Very pleasant location & easy to access. Secure parking and good communication from the host. Only thing that there was no toilet paper provided so needed to drive 10 minutes into town after arrival to buy some. Other than that, great stay overall!

Logement rénové récemment, bien équipé, et situé dans un environnement calme dans la vallée d'Itria. Quelques soucis techniques à notre arrivée (climatisation, porte d'entrée), mais résolus dès le lendemain grâce à l'intervention efficace de Maria.
