Our delightful apartment is ideal for 4 people and is located in a privileged position at the small port of Riomaggiore, which gives its guests the opportunity to enjoy a fantastic experience in the heart of the 5Terre at its best! The characteristic terrace of the apartment, a few meters from the sea, will allow you to experience the true flavors and colors of the Mediterranean. Ideal location, a stone's throw from the restaurants, shops of the center, the boat dock and the railway The space Large apartment of about 70 square meters and is located on the third floor of a building with NO lift.

The internal space is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA: equipped with a sofa, relaxation corner and dining area - KITCHEN CORNER: with fridge, hob, traditional oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, moka and kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM 1: with a queen bed and wardrobe; - BEDROOM 2: equipped with 2 single beds - BATHROOM 1: equipped with shower and bidet; - TERRACE: with a fabulous sea view, furnished with table and chairs ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (3 split - in the bedrooms and in the living room), TV in the bedrooms, independent heating, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: the staircase is for furniture, above there is a technical room that cannot be used Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Other things to note All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival as provided by Italian law. CITRA- LIGURIA REGION: 011024-LT-0413 Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode.

We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival. Upon check-in, the payment of the city tax of € 2.00 per person will be required for the first three nights only (exempt: residents and children up to 10 years). Please note: waste disposal will be handled directly by the cleaning company at the end of the stay. Guests are therefore not required to dispose of waste prior to check-out.

The location of the apartment is excellent, it was clean and a good space for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). We did not mind the stairs but they are quite steep. Just be aware that the apartment is above a restaurant so we did hear the noise of moving furniture at closing time in the evening (after 10:30 p.m.) and the WiFi is a bit slow.

Everything you need for a 5 terre stay.

We really enjoyed our week at Riomaggiore. The apartment was extremely well located and very homely. It had everything we needed. We even cooked a Christmas feast in the well appointed kitchen!
