Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 33 m² flat in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 16 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 16 m² south-west-facing living room with TV, sofas (including a double sofa bed) and a dining area with seating for 4. - An open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (140×190). - Bathroom with bath. - Separate WC. Outside: - A partly-covered 8 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather. The screen separating the terrace from that of the two neighbouring flats on the same floor is temporarily missing.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Nearby: - Juno Beach 1.1 km away (14-minute walk) - Marina 280 m away (4 minutes on foot) - Juno Beach Museum 600 m away (8 minutes on foot) - Sailing school 450 m away (6 minutes on foot) - Parc de l'Edit 2.1 km away (26 minutes on foot) - JOA Casino in St Aubin 6.2 km away (12 minutes by car) - Caen 20 km away (26 minutes by car) - Bayeux 20 km away (26 minutes by car) Activities : You will have the opportunity to enjoy a large number of activities within walking distance of the flat: walks or bike rides along the coast, walks along the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, Casino, Visit to the Juno Beach museum.... Logement agréable et très fonctionnel malgré un ménage léger (traces de calcaire su les murs de la salle de bain, degoulinures sur la crédence de la cuisine, terrasse non entretenue).
Literie impeccable.

Très bonne communication avec l'interlocuteur qui gère le logement. Site agréable, proche du centre ville et des plages. Facilité pour se garer dans l'enceinte de l'établissement.
