In the commune of Moissac-Bellevue, we offer this charming Provençal villa for rent, situated in the hills outside the village with a swimming pool. It measures 160 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 65 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 6,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 65 m² living room with TV, sofas, period fireplace (decorative) and dining area with seating for 8 guests.
- Separate fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- Bathroom with shower
- separate WC.
First floor:
- Bedroom 4: two single beds and private access to the balcony with panoramic views over the village of Moissac. South-facing, not overlooked.
- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC.
Outside:
- By a staircase from the house, you access the swimming pool (private, heated) of 8m x 5m, secured by a cover, an alarm and a fence. Can be used from May to October, weather permitting.
- Pool house with fully-equipped summer kitchen: oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, etc.
- Separate WC.
- Beautiful 6,000 m² garden.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, fan, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Moissac-Bellevue, an authentic Provence hilltop village, in a very pleasant setting. The village has all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.

- Quinson and the lower gorges of the Verdon, 15 km away (19 minutes by car)

Not far away, discover the turquoise waters of Lac de Sainte-Croix. Stroll along its shores and stop for a picnic overlooking this fabulous landscape. For even more excitement, head to the lake's nautical centre to hire a small boat. Visit Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, one of the most beautiful villages in France. This charming village will surprise you with its location at the foot of the mountain and the beauty of its architecture.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, on the large gravel square with space for 4 vehicles and an additional space under the iron pergola.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Bus Zou! All routes leave from Moissac-Bellevue and go to Régusse, Baudinard, Aups, Lorgues and Draguignan.
- Nearest train stations: Les Arcs - Draguignan 42 km away (48 minutes by car) and Aix en Provence 86 km away (1h16 by car).
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport, 111 km away (1 hour 26 minutes by car).
Other remarks:

Villa Thalia "Moissac-Bellevue
Superbe maison avec une superbe vue.
Maison fonctionnelle, problème au niveau de la piscine qui a une fuite et qui nécessite un remplissage journalier (ce qui n’est pas mon job).
Propreté limite au niveau pool house ( assiette et plat sale)."

Villa Thalia "Heerlijke plek om een week te relaxen.
🙂 Het zwembad en de buitenkeuken.
🙁 De bedden. Bedden waren ofwel te kort, ofwel te smal en bij een bed paste de lattenbodem maar net.
Op de slaapkamer boven zou een groot tweepersoonsbed beter volstaan met daarbij een airconditioning. Dat past bij een dergelijke luxe villa. Het beddengoed en de handdoeken waren ook van matige kwaliteit."
