Cozy, completely renovated 47sqm apartment located on the 3rd floor of a building WITHOUT elevator.
The apartment is accessed via an external balcony overlooking the quiet internal courtyard. The accommodation is located in an excellent location in the city: close to the San Giovanni FS Railway Station and about 700m from the Giardini del Tempio Voltiano, Lungo Lago Trento and the Yacht Club! If you travel by car, there is the possibility of paid parking at the Como San Giovanni station. NATIONAL CODE: IT013075C2P3UBIWPS The apartment consists of: - ENTRANCE with living area and kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave, kettle. - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe. -TOILETTE with bidet and shower box. Additional services available to guests: independent heating, wifi, fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board, Smart TV, AC with split at the entrance Please note that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible until 9.30 pm: after this time, assistance is not guaranteed even by telephone. PLEASE NOTE: - Renovation work is currently underway on the building's roof; during your stay, you may experience noise from the construction site. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Como, equal to 2 euro per day is to be paid before arrival for overnight stays up to 4 nights.

Bon logement, exactement ce que nous cherchions. Le quartier n’est pas le meilleur mais proche du centre de Côme à pied donc cohérent par rapport au prix. Merci aux hôtes très réactifs et efficaces

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un très bon séjour et la communication avec l’hôte était très fluide. La raison pour laquelle nous ne mettons pas 5 étoiles est l’arrivée assez tardive (à partir de 16h uniquement) pour un départ le matin à 10h maximum.

The Airbnb was very nice and clean, had all the essentials and check-in + check-out were very easy. The shower has multiple functions and speakers for music - a highlight! The Wifi information on Airbnb was incorrect but upon request via an external platform I got a speedy response. I only gave 4/5 ...
