In the commune of Ver-sur-Mer, we offer you this charming house dating from 1941, less than 200 metres from the beach, with a surface area of 250 m² and able to accommodate up to 8 travellers.
It features an attractive 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 4,500 m² garden with several terraces.
An unoccupied and inaccessible outbuilding adjoins the property.
With fibre-optic Wi-Fi and linen included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with TV (Chromecast), fireplace (decorative), sofa, armchairs and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine... - A veranda with a table and chairs. - A desk. - Separate WC. - Large 10m² dressing room with cloakroom. First floor: - A landing with a bookcase. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom. - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a 25m² private terrace. - Bedroom 3: king-size bed (180×200). - Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. - Bathroom with bath, one with double washbasin. - Separate WC. Exterior: - A beautiful fenced garden of 4,500 m² where you will also find a secure pond. - Terrace 1: 30 m² on the street side of the ground floor. - Terrace 2: on the garden side of the ground floor, measuring 20 m². - Terrace 3: on the first floor adjoining bedroom 2. All 3 terraces have furniture to make the most of fine weather. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, Weber electric barbecue, raclette machine, fondue set, playstation, DVD player, printer, books, board games, iron and ironing board. The house is ideally located in Ver-sur-Mer, less than 200 metres from the sea, in very pleasant surroundings surrounded by vegetation.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby and in the surrounding towns. Nearby: - Courseulles-sur-Mer 4 km away (6 minutes by car) - Bayeux 19 km away (24 minutes by car) - Caen 23 km away (28 minutes by car) - The D-Day landing beaches, approximately 26 km away - D-Day Museum 9 km away (12 minutes by car) What to do : Ver-sur-Mer is a pretty commune in Calvados where life is good! Situated between land and sea, the seaside resort offers a multitude of activities: discover the various D-Day beaches, including Ver's Gold Beach, the British beachhead, a large number of walks and cycle rides along the coast and inland, tennis, horse-riding, sailing club in summer, children's play area, visits to the towns of Caen and Bayeux... If you enjoy remembrance tourism, you'll be delighted with the location of the house. Gastronomy: Normandy scallops, Isigny dairy products, Normandy tart, cider, calvados... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property in the garden, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
The parking spaces are private and secure. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Bayeux station 17 km away (22 minutes by car) and Caen station 29km away (34min). - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport, 24 km away (30 minutes by car). L'Ile des Iris Great location, only 200m from beach. Lovely private garden and spacious house with lots of character and charm. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Short distance to nearby town for shops and restaurants etc.

L'Ile des Iris Great stay in a beautiful villa with a large garden and very close to the beach. The villa is spacious and offers everything you need, has a well equipped kitchen, is cozy decorated and comfortably furnished. Host was very responsive and allowed flexible check-out which was great. Would love to stay again.
