We propose you to rent, on the commune of Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, this charming air-conditioned flat with ski resort accessible at 300 meters, of a surface of 42 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and two balconies. We are waiting for you!
The flat is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a sofa bed, a single bunk bed and a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside :
- Two balconies of 6 m² each to enjoy the beautiful days, exposed East-West with furniture.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, in a very pleasant environment. The Residence is ideally located 300 m from the slopes, below the village with a splendid view over the valley. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as a ski, bike and sledge hire service, etc...
Nearby:
- Saint-Leger forest at about 700 m (8 minutes on foot).
- Les Écrins riding centre at about 500m (7 minutes on foot).
- Parc national des écrins at 23 km (24 minutes by car).
- Lac de Serre-Ponçon at 40 km (42 minutes by car).
- Gap located at 22 km (28 minutes by car).
Activities :
In winter: winter sports, dog sledding, ski joëring, snake gliss (a sledding train that winds along the slopes), snow tubbing (a race with snow buoys) or yooner (halfway between sledding and skiing), ice rink etc...
In summer: forest walks, horse riding, paragliding, visits to the castle and the village bell tower, mountain biking, fitness trail, beach volleyball, tennis, adventure trail, water park, donkey trail, educational farms etc...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus : Line Gap- Ancelle- St Leger from Gap station to Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes.
- Nearest train station: Gap station at 22 km (26 minutes by car) and Chorges at 28 km (30 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Marseille airport 196 km (2h15 by car).
Other remarks:
- Binoculars are available to enjoy the panorama as well as games (scrabble, trivial pursuit, cards...), raclette machine.
- A cellar is also available to store your skis and you will find petanque balls, molkky and others.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Pets are not allowed.
