This charming 40 m² flat with mountain views is less than a kilometre from the lake and can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 20 m² garden and terrace. We're waiting for you!
The ground-floor flat is composed as follows:
- A bright, south-east-facing 25 m² living room with TV, DTT, DVD player, hi-fi system, armchairs, double sofa bed and extending table.
- Open-plan kitchenette with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, induction hob, 6 place dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, etc.
- A 2-bedroom with 1 double bunk bed and a double bed (140×190).
- Shower room with walk-in shower and washing machine.
- Separate WC.
Outside:
- An enclosed garden with a south-east-facing terrace, mountain views and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Embrun, 3 km from the town centre, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Barcelonnette 41 km away (56 minutes by car)

Emplacement le rez de jardin pour les dej et diner le garage pour les velos ou autre
1 seule chambre : 4 couchages dedans car lit mezzanine en 140 au dessus d 1 lit en 140.. pour intimite ou rythme de vie different = canape-lit dans la piece a vivre
Attn aux accros du web : pas de box wifi et reseau tres moyen meme pour partage de connexion

L'emplacement parfait pour aller au lac en 2 min.
Les places de parking sont accessibles.
Un équipement complet et en bon état. L'appartement est resté frais malgré les très grosses chaleur en extérieur.

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Wohnblocks. Sie ist mit allem Notwendigen liebevoll ausgestattet. Der See ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Ort läuft man ca. 30 Minuten.
