Dear guests, our modern, lovingly furnished holiday flat (built 2018) on the 1st floor is located in a 3-family house on the outskirts of Übersee, only a few minutes by bike from Lake Chiemsee. The A8 motorway runs through the northern area of Übersee, making it possible to reach Salzburg in 25 minutes and Munich in 50 minutes. Numerous hiking trails and mountain routes invite you to go walking, hiking and for excursions. Our location is the starting point for numerous cycling tours. The Chiemsee cycle circuit starts right outside our front door. We would be pleased to welcome you and to show you our beautiful nature and mountain world. Family Neidig

The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of EUR 1.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 7 to 16 years: EUR 0,50. Children under 7 years: EUR 0.00 (1 April to 31 October) and EUR 0.40 per person/night for adults and children aged 7 to 16. Children under 7 years: EUR 0.00 (1 November to 31 March). A 30% deposit is required. The balance is to be deposited upon arrival. A booking can be cancelled free of charge 30 days before arrival. After that, 90% of the total cost will be charged in cancellation fees!

Description of the accommodation
Our bright, modern flat on the 1st floor with separate entrance has been lovingly furnished and awaits you with a homely atmosphere. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed 160x200 with topper, bed linen and satellite TV. A cot can be provided on request. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC, towels, hairdryer, underfloor heating and towel radiator. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker with oven, fridge/freezer combination, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and radio leaves nothing to be desired. (High chair available if required!) From the kitchen you can access the sheltered, cosy balcony/loggia. In the cosy living area (pull-out sofa) with satellite TV you can really relax. The car parking space is directly in front of the house. Wifi free of charge. Two bicycles (1 ladies' and 1 men's bike) are available free of charge. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking flat, but you are welcome to smoke outside or on the balcony.
