The condo "San Remo" is composed of the "staircase" and "ladder L", both are 6 floors with elevator. On the ground floor of the hotel we can find apartments with own entrance and an area behind the condominium parking area, not enough for all guests, especially during high season. Is a short walk from the beach and promenade of Lido di Pomposa, where you can find shops and services of all kinds. Is perfect for those who want to spend their holiday with all the comforts at your fingertips. Also from mid-June to mid-September you can stroll on Sunday evening in the hobby market set up for guests of the Adriatic coast.

Apartment on the ground floor of an apartment building consists of indipendent entrance in living-room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower. Not enough parking for everyone. The accommodation has not garden and balcony.It is also equipped with TV and washing machine. Is just a few steps from the private beach and promenade of shops Lido di Pomposa is one of the beach resorts of the 7 Lidi of Comacchio, about 10 km from Comacchio, 30 km from Ravenna, 60 km from Ferrara, 100 km from Venice, on the Italian Adriatic coast, a geographically strategic position from where you can easily reach some of the most beautiful historical towns in Italy. The Beaches of Comacchio offer sandy beaches suitable for children, where the depth of the sea falls gradually, and each bathhouse provides lifeguard for a safe bathing, else than being equipped with games on the sand and various entertainments for adults and children. You can also find stretches of free beach with no bathing services, accessible by tourists with their own beach equipment. In summertime local events organized for children and young people will often entertain you, while the ferryboat can drive you along the Delta del Po. All along the main avenues you will find bars, pubs, nightclubs, shops selling souvenirs, local products and handicrafts. Also daily and evening open markets offering hobby articles take place here.

ANIMAL HOSPITALITY
Only one pet per accommodation is allowed on request, at a cost of € 5.00 per night. In the event of failure to notify or the introduction of more animals, the Agency may cancel the entire stay at any time without any refund of money.

BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING
Final cleaning by the guest is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.).
If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 90.00 will be charged.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 90.00.

TOURIST TAX
€ 0.50 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.
