Information about the host With us you can spend your holiday in a 100m² maisonette flat directly in the old town of Bad Reichenhall - and still with the cosiness of your own garden with sauna.
On the ground floor you have the open kitchen area with living room around the corner.
If you want to retreat, go to the 1st floor - there are the bedrooms with reading facilities.
You have a view of the mountains / greenery on each side.
There are bathrooms on each floor.
The flat was extensively renovated in 2012 according to ecological aspects.
Outside, the patina of an old town house is convincing - which has already been approved by some film studios. terms/extras The prices quoted are exclusive of the local visitor's tax.

Use of the sauna is included.
Arrival Description Coming from the A8 from Munich, take the first exit at the roundabout towards Bad Reichenhall and follow the B20 until you turn right towards the city centre into Münchner Allee.
Continue straight ahead until you turn left after approx. 3 km after the Aral petrol station.
The accommodation is on the left after a few metres.
Description of the accommodation The maisonette consists of a living-dining room with kitchenette and a guest bathroom with shower/WC on the ground floor, as well as a separate large bedroom, a children's room and a bathroom with bathtub/WC on the 1st floor.
Both floors are connected by a wooden staircase.
The total living space is approx. 100 m2.
The large bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 m wide), 2 separate wardrobes and a sitting area.
In the living-dining area there is a sofa bed and a TV multimedia cabinet.
In the children's room there is a pull-out bed 80 or 160 cm wide, an extra children's bed 80 cm and a custom-made raised platform for playing.

Komplette Küchenausstattung, Matrazen super bequem. Wunderschöner wilder Garten. Sehr nette Gastgeberin vor Ort.
Treppe in den ersten Stock ist für ältere, nicht mehr ganz mobile Personen eher schwierig. Für uns aber kein Hindernis.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, absolute top Lage, sehr ruhig, tolle Sauna, alles liebevoll eingerichtet , toller Kamin
Für getrennt Schläfer ( Schnarcher) bedingt machbar- oben schlafen nicht möglich da sehr hellhörig und keine dichte Türe zwischen Schlafzimmer 1 und 2. , Schlafcouch unten alternativ, sie ist bequem. Für gemeinsam schlafende Paare ideal .
