This newly built holiday home is located in the peaceful hinterland of Crikvenica, in Kostelj.
The house has a capacity of 8-10 people, with a living space of 210 sqm and extends over 3 floors.
The ground floor has a large living room with kitchen and dining area, double bedroom, one bathroom and a large terrace with outdoor furniture.
The external stairs lead to the 1st floor where there is another large kitchen with dining room and living room, double bedroom, bathroom and a beautiful balcony with seaview.
In the attic, which is connected to the first floor by internal stairs, there are two children's rooms and one small bathroom.
There is an outdoor swimmingpool, a covered arbor with barbecue and benches for sitting and a stationary bicycle.
It is important to note that the parking lot is located on the property and there are 5 parking spaces available. We await you at property Marta, a wonderful place to unwind in Grižane (Novi Vinodolski), ideal for up to 10 guests.
