Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, safe box and parking space.
Our rate includes: all amenities, supply of bed linen and towels (1 set per person upon arrival, with weekly change for stays of minimum 10 nights) and final cleaning. *Not included tourist tax €uro 3,00 per person per night except children under 12. To be paid on site extra energy consumption € 1.00 per day per person (from 16-year-old).

Der schöne, luftige Balkon mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht und La Maddalena.
Der Hafen, das Zentrum mit Bäcker und Gastronomie sowie ein toller Badestrand sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist recht spartanisch / abgewohnt und sollte mal wieder aufgefrischt werden.
Spätestens zur Nacht vermisst man eine Klimaanlage, die für den aufgerufenen Preis auch inbegriffen sein könnte.
