Conveniently located only 500m from the shops and restaurants and right next to the beach, you'll have everything you need for your holiday in Corsica! We think you'll love: • 1 Bedroom with 1 Double bed • Sofa bed for additional guests • Private balcony or patio • Equipped Kitchenette • Watch a show on the TV • On-site pool (summer only) • Direct access to the beach! • Parking available Escape to Corsica for your next sunny retreat and spend a relaxing stay in our cozy 35m2 apartment along the coast! Spend amazing days sunning yourself on the beautiful beaches, hiking through the dramatic landscape, or adventuring out into the sea with jet skis.
Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 2 guests, but can sleep up to 4! Our apartment has 1 BEDROOM with 1 Double bed. There's a Trundle bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests. Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM with a shower.
Bedroom and bathroom linen are not provided but are available to rent on-site for an additional charge. After a day on the beach, retreat to our comfortable air-conditioned LIVING AREA.
Curl up on the sofa and watch your favourite show on the TV. You can connect with friends and family back home using the Wi-Fi, available for free at the reception.
In the evening, enjoy some fresh air on your private balcony or patio. In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a microwave, a set of cooking hobs, a fridge, and cooking utensils. There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Sognu di Rena, where our space is conveniently located.
These include access to the shared outdoor pool (open May to September, weather dependent), the children's play area, and the ping pong table.
If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with 1 FREE outdoor parking spot available on-site (upon reservation, subject to availability). A refundable security deposit of €300 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning, or missing items.
In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay.
The rate is subject to change.

An end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) is available as an optional service for €70, to be paid on-site. A number of these units are available, and each is individually decorated.

Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und sehr gut erreichbar, hatte ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und haben im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten geholfen.
Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, trotz Endreinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 50 € hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Es wurde zwar nach gebessert, das hat es aber auch nicht besser gemacht. Bei einer Ferienwohnung mit Küche erwarte ich, dass alle Utensilien inklusive sind, Toaster und Wasserkocher konnte optional geliehen werden, sofern verfügbar.
